Dr. Formo has a team approach when it comes to her patients’ care here at Washington Sports & Spine. She will personally focus on balancing your skeletal structure and alignment in the office, while providing you with the tools necessary to help the adjustments “hold.” Finding and addressing the cause to the dysfunction or condition will help train the body to function at its optimal level, thus decreasing pain or increasing athletic potential. It is Dr. Formo's goal to get every patient to the point where they do not need to see her every week, while at the same time understanding and feeling the benefits of regular care or “tune ups,” to remain pain free and functioning at the body’s full potential. She asks her patients to take an active role in their health and wellness by following any homecare, exercise, diet, or supplement recommendations.
